Virtual Beef & Lamb: Online animal grading tool

AHDB Virtual Beef and Lamb is an interactive tool to aid in selecting prime lamb and cattle. 

The tool uses images and virtual livestock and carcases, to aid understanding of different classifications of fat and conformation, and key handling points.
